- Controls Government Bill of Lading registers and prepares all hard copy GBL’s for off-shore international relocations
- Manages carrier with strict guidelines to ensure performance is met for administrative reporting; for example, RMW tracks all shipments for each client on an agency and sub-agency level and by shipment type. The RMW web archives data for 10 years
- Claims are monitored closely and all FTR guidelines are followed. Carriers must hold a 15% or LESS claim ratio.
- Each move is evaluated by the GSA Form
- 3080. The employee completes this verbally or manually. RMW’s return rate is 74%! All evaluations can be viewed on the RMW web site. Carrier must hold a 4.60 performance score.
