- RMW web site separates the type of home sale (BVO, Flat Fee, Appraised or Amended).
- Multiple operational and fiscal reports available include but are not limited to Home Sale Audit Reports, Employee Incentive Calculation and Gross-Up Report.
- FSS Contractor selection is driven by either the client, relocating employee or RMW; whichever method the client approves to be utilized.
- Client will supply RMW a hard copy or electronic version of the Purchase Order made out to the appropriate FSS Contractor.
- RMW will supply contractor with the purchase order same day PO is received. Home Sale Contractor will provide RMW with all pertinent information regarding the home sale.
- Counseling notes are available on-line for client view.
- Manages FSS Contractor with strict guidelines to ensure performance is met for administrative reporting.
- RMW will perform evaluations on the home sale contractors’ performance. The evaluation will include a measure of quality performance and professional courtesy.
