- Our counselors are specifically trained on all Federal Travel Regulations and will
make contact with the relocating employee within 2 hours of order initiation to
conduct the pre-move call and full entitlement counseling within your organization’s
guidelines. Throughout the counseling process, all individual counseling notes are
available on-line for client view.
- We hold our carriers to the highest quality standards. Our basis of selection is
derived from quality assurance and performance satisfaction metrics that carriers
must meet. The minimum acceptable score is 4.40. Additionally, carriers must hold
an 80% self haul ratio, which ensure maximum control at all levels. This, along

and reliable carrier for each move.
